ROISD is pleased to announce that Kevin T. Freels has been named as Principal of Red Oak High School. Mr. Freels is a seasoned administrator with Cedar Hill High School where he currently serves as Associate Principal. He will be joining our staff full time in mid-June. Please help me welcome Mr. Freels to our district.
