After a 3-7 season in 2006 the Hawks still seem to be a few years away from a contender, in a very tough district 15-4 A the Hawks are predicted to finish in 7th.
First district win since 2003 with a hard fought victory over Lancaster 14-7 in front of a packed home crowd. Down 22 - 20, Kevin Pruett hits Nic Boyd on a 70 yard screen pass and touchdown run with perfect blocking from the offensive line and receivers; to crush the hearts of Midlothian fans with only 28 seconds left and with the Ethan Wood extra points the Hawks took their second district win 27-22.
